Whatever happened to Burdick? They used to have the best homes in the Parade. Did we lose another custom home builder in San Antonio to a slowing economy?

I believe Burdick is building at Anaqua Springs out Boerne Stage Road which turns into Toutant-Bouregard Road. He’s still considered a premier builder in San Antonio at around a price tag of $2 million and up. Correct me, if I’m wrong.

My favorite home was the Greenwood Home, it was so classy and such a great floor plan, very spacious and well designed. I am going to the Parade of Homes tomorrow for the second time just to look at their beautiful home. I did not get to see a couple more but so far that was my favorite.

The homes were all impressive, I heard a lot of buzz about the Mike Holloway home on Realtor day. I was impressed by the emphasis on green technology in such high end, detailed, exquisite homes!

How is the parking this year?

The parking is so much better then last year.
they have shuttle buses that pick you up from the parking area
and drive you to the parade of homes & back to your car.
then an extra, after you view the parade of homes, they have a
van that will take you to see other homes in the area. That was a plus.

Loved the Greenwood home. Where else do they build (not a big fan of Palacios, unfortunately)?

Loved the Mike Holloway House. Anyone knows the price on that house?

I loved the furniture and interior design done by Dillards! Did anyone else take notice?

I loved the Holloway home. It was very contemporary. I thought it had a very open floorplan. I love the living room with the wall of windows, which gave the illusion of an extended living area outside. I loved everything about this house. Look forward to next year.

I loved the Craighead house; it was my favorite house. The front of the house was gorgeous. I liked the Holloway house. It was $1.4 million. The courtyard was nice and it seemed like a house that one of the “Rat Pack” guys would live in. Really comtemporary which I like. A bit too much red/burgandy in the house for me. reminded my

My wife and I attended the Parade of Homes Palacios at Cibolo Canyons this year. Upon exiting the event we bought a DVD. The disk is blank. How can I get a replacement DVD or refund?

Thank you.
